Thermal Integrity Surveys
We can provide a full building thermal integrity scan with a report to backup our findings on site. We are Level 1 Thermography certified so our reports can be used for insurance purposes.
Thermal Integrity surveys can help identify heat loss within roof and wall spaces, potentially identifying areas that require attention or maintenance or help with the improvement of existing insulation.
Flat Roof Proactive Maintenance
Using thermal cameras on flat roofs, especially bitumen felt or rubber roofs can help identify the condition of the roof space when the naked eye cant see an issue. This can be useful when making decisions around resurfacing roofs or pre-solar installs.
Solar Array Inspection and Integrity
We can survey your solar array as well as use our thermal cameras to identify issues with your panels for either damage or cell issues. This can help you ensure your array remains 100% effective during its lifespan, and help you identify any in-warranty issues that wouldn't normally be visible.

Using thermal cameras on pitched tiled roofs can help identify areas where potential leaks are forming that aren't visible through normal inspection. Identifying hot and cold spots on tiled roofs can help you spot damaged tiles and areas of water ingress before they become a real problem.
